I want to share a story about a brand ( @label_reyya ) that went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service!
I had my eye on a dress from Label Reyya for about six months, that just kept floating in my cart, but I kept putting of the purchase because I couldn’t find the right occasion to wear it. Naturally, when the occasion finally came, the dress was out of stock. Disappointed, I reached out to Reyya’s team, hoping they might restock it.

They quickly responded, informing me that the dress had been discontinued and they didn’t plan on bringing it back. Instead of ending the conversation there, what they did, was impressive. They went above and beyond, offering me several other alternatives. While the options were great, I had my heart set on that particular piece.
