We have our own in-house manufacturing for all the products that we sell. Each piece that we make is with painstaking efforts and with the contribution of many artisans and our women workforce. As a company policy, we only provide return and exchange within 7 days of delivery. We endeavor to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Can I place a request for return or exchange?

Yes, you place a request for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. 

How can I place a request for return or exchange?

You can click on ‘Returns & Exchanges’ link in the footer of our website. 

How will you refund the money?

Once we receive your order, we will do a quality check to ensure that the product is not damaged or used. After inspection, we will issue a refund to you via our store’s gift card. You will receive this gift card on mail and this card has no expiry, so you can use it at any time to purchase a new product.

What are the charges for returning an order?

We charge a fee of Rs.200 for processing any return order. This amount will be debited from the gift card issued to you.

Can I exchange my product for a different size or for a different product?

Yes you can exchange your product for any other product, and settle the difference amount online. We don’t have a cash-on-delivery (COD) option for settling the difference amount for an exchange request. And in the case that we need to refund you the difference amount, we will immediately issue you a gift card for the equivalent amount.

Can I place an exchange for an out-of-stock product?

For certain products that get out-of-stock, we take pre-orders while we are arranging for the new stock. These products will take a bit longer to deliver, but you can place an exchange request for these pre-order products.

Can I request a reverse pick-up?

Yes you can request a reverse pick-up online when you are placing your return/exchange request. However, we charge Rs.200 for doing a reverse pick-up. This will be charged separately and is non-refundable. 

Can I do self-shipping?

Yes absolutely. You can choose the option of self-shipping, and once you’ve shipped your order, please share the tracking information with us. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned item that is not received by us will not be considered for return.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to our warehouse. You can send the product to our warehouse -

How do I pack for returning the product?

Please mention ‘return’ or ‘exchange’, your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel.

Can we return/exchange products that are on sale?

Unfortunately, products that are on sale can not be returned or exchanged.

Can we return/exchange international order?

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Can we return/exchange customized orders?

Made to order pieces are not eligible for returns and exchanges. 

Why is my return/exchange not accepted?

 

  • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags completely intact, and in original packaging are eligible for returns/exchanges.

  • In case of damaged or wrong product, please upload the picture on the return/exchange form. We will do a thorough inspection once we receive, and accordingly process your request for return/exchange. 

 

SHIPPING

What is the cost of shipping?

For domestic orders within India, we have free-shipping. For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

From the time of shipping, it takes about 2-3 days for domestic orders and 7-15 days for international orders to reach you. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive the tracking details on your mail and whatsapp. You can also track by clicking on the ‘Track order status’ link in the footer of the website.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +91-9773309612 or write to us at contact@labelreyya.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

What payment methods does LABEL REYYA allow for international shipping?

You can use all international credit cards to make the payment for your international shipping orders at check out using RazorPay or Paypal. If you will like to use some other payment methods, please write to us at contact@labelreyya.com

Customs & duties

The customs and duties for international orders will be borne by the customer. It can not be estimated by us as it’s totally not under our control. However, we will assist you till you don’t receive your order.

CANCELLATION by LABEL REYYA

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.  Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Reyya and accept Reyya’s decision regarding the cancellation.

COURIER

Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes. Delivery is trackable and 100% insured. Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door. If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery. As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the tracking details.
